Working hours during holidays in 2024

During the holidays, the contact center and the Mobi Bank branch will have an shortened working time. Contact Center will work 01, 02 and 07 January from 10 am to 4 pm. Working time of the branch of December 29 is from 9 am to 2 pm, while the 1st and 2 January are non-working.

Planned Downtime - 18th and 19th of November

As we have previously announced, our transformation process has started with significant improvements ahead of us. The second phase of our planned upgrades is scheduled from Saturday, 18th November 2023, 01:00, to Sunday, 19th November 2023, 23:00.

We want to inform you that we have scheduled first phase of a system upgrade for Sunday, November 12, 2023. Due to this upgrade, our mobile and internet applications, as well as certain services, will be temporarily unavailable from 01:00 to 06:00.

Dear customers, If you have initiated an IPS payment through our application since this morning, we would like to inform you that your transaction has been completed, but due to technical difficulties in the application, it is still displayed as a reservation. Our teams are working on updating the status of initiated transactions, so please do not repeat payments in the meantime to avoid double transactions.
