Working hours during holidays
During holidays Contact Center will work on January 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 7th from 10:00 to 18:00. The working hours of Mobi Banka branch on December 31st and January 6th are from 9:00 to 14:00, while January 3rd and 7th are non-working days.

Due to the planned maintenance of Telenor system on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 22:00 to 01:00 on Thursday, November 25, 2021 there may be a delay in the delivery of e-mail notifications in Mobi Banka. Top-up option (for numbers in Telenor network) will not be available in the Bank's application during this period, as well as choosing the option of sending the contract to your home address when opening a current account..
