System improvements: temporary unavailability of applications and some Mobi Banka’s services 

Dear users,

We would like to inform you that for Sunday, April 23, we have planned system improvements, which is why our mobile and internet application, as well as some services, will temporarily be unavailable, from 1am to 12pm.

During this period, If you are using:

• Debit Mastercard and Dina card – you will be able to make payments, deposits and withdrawals in dinars, whereas deposits and withdrawals in euros will be temporarily unavailable at Mobi Banka’s ATMs. 
• Credit Mastercard card - you will be able to make payments as well as to make withdrawals at Mobi Banka’s ATMs.

Issues might also occur with online card payments that require a one-time password.
