Planned downtime - 18th and 19th of November

As we have previously announced, our transformation process has started with significant improvements ahead of us. 

The second phase of our planned upgrades is scheduled from Saturday, 18th November 2023, 01:00, to Sunday, 19th November 2023, 23:00.

Temporary unavailability includes:

• Access to the mobile and and internet applications 

• Online card payments which require one-time password

• Debit card transactions in euros at Mobi Banka ATMs

Some services may experience difficulties. Our Contact center and credit advisors will be able to provide limited assistance for the affected services.

Available services include:

• Dina card and Debit Mastercard® card - you can make payments, deposits, and withdrawals in dinars, at Mobi Banka ATMs, as well as withdrawals at other banks’ ATMs.

• Credit Mastercard® card - you can continue making payments without interruption and withdraw money from Mobi Banka and other banks’ ATMs.

Note: During the announced upgrade, all funds received on your current account until Friday, 17th November 2023, 23:00, as well as all deposits made at ATMs and during the weekend, will be available for card payments.

Before the planned upgrade starts, we advise you to ensure that you have enough funds in your account to seamlessly conduct card payments during the weekend.
