We would like to inform you that we will perform a system improvement during the upcoming weekend, starting Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 1 a.m. until Sunday, March 24, 2024  at 11 p.m.

• Access to mobile and internet applications,

• Online card payments that require a one-time password,

• Deposits and withdrawals in euros with debit cards at Mobi Banka ATMs.

Also, difficulties are possible when using certain services. The Contact center and our credit advisors will have limited options to provide support when it comes to services that are temporarily unavailable.

• Dina and Debit Mastercard® card - available for POS payments, as well as deposits and withdrawals in dinars at Mobi Banka ATMs and withdrawals at ATMs of other banks.

• Mastercard® credit card - available for POS payments, as well as withdrawals from Mobi Banka ATMs.

Note: during the announced system improvement all funds received to your current account until Friday, March 22, 2024 at 11 p.m, as well as all deposits made at ATMs during the weekend, will be available to you for card payments. 

We advise you to ensure that you have enough money on your account before the planned system improvement, so that you can make card payments without interruption.
