Notification about planned improvements to the Mobi Banka system

Dear customers,

In order to provide the best customer experience and in line with our vision to start a new wave of banking transformation, we would like to inform you that we have planned significant system improvements untill the end of this year, which will be carried out through several phases.

The first phase is scheduled for Sunday, November 12, 2023. In this phase, our mobile and internet applications, as well as certain services, will temporarily be unavailable from 01:00 to 06:00.

During this period, if you use:

• Debit Mastercard® and Dina card - you can make payments, deposits, and withdrawals in dinars, while euro deposits and withdrawals at Mobi Banka ATMs will be temporarily unavailable.

• Credit Mastercard® card - you can continue making payments without interruption and withdraw money from Mobi Banka ATMs.

There may be difficulties with executing online payments requiring a one-time password during this period.

We will keep you informed about further improvements through our official communication channels.
