mCash is a service that allows all users of bank deposit and withdrawal dinars and euros, as well as check the current account at all Mobi Banka ATMs, without the use of debit cards. The ATM transaction is done by the authorization code (TAC) generated in the mobile application, by selecting the IPS show-mCash option on the home screen, pre-logging. The number of initiation or generation of TAC code is not limited. Once entered the correct code, it can only be used only for that transaction. After that, it becomes invalid.

At this point, mCash is available at ATMs, while the development of service for payments at points of sale and the Internet is part of Bank's plan.

This service is free regardless of the package you are using.

The daily payment limit for mCash options is 30,000 RSD, while the monthly limit is 115,000 RSD. These limits are independent of the debit card limit.

Possible causes are: bad screen, reduced brightness, position, or angle of the mobile phone, weather conditions (for ATMs in the open). It is necessary to wait 10 seconds, then enter the generated TAC manually.

It may have been more than 3 minutes since the moment of generating the TAC. In this situation, it is necessary to generate a NEW TAC. In case you have entered the wrong TAC, you need to repeat the entry.
