Payment of one-time financial aid to adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia


In order to mitigate the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, a one-time financial aid will be paid to all adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia with a valid ID card and residence in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, who apply for this aid. This one-time financial aid amounts to EUR 100 in dinar equivalent. 
You can apply for this one-time aid through the website or contact centre of the Ministry of Finance from 15 May 2020 to 5 June 2020, and the payment will be made by the Treasury Administration. 
Every adult natural person, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, may decide to have this aid paid into an account in Mobi Banka. 

If you are an existing client of the Bank, the payment of the aid will be made to your current account. After the payment has been made, the Bank will send you a notification in the manner you selected in your account settings.

If you do not have an account in Mobi Banka, but during the application you chose our bank to receive the payment, the Bank will open a special purpose account for you based on the data received from the National Bank of Serbia. This special purpose account will be open free of charge and without any documentation and cannot be used for any other purpose. You can make the payment or transfer of funds from the special purpose account in one of the following ways: 

  • Special purpose account holder - by coming to the Bank’s branch in person, and supplying a valid identification document. 
  • Authorized person - by coming to the Bank’s branch in person and supplying Power of Attorney and personal identification documents of both himself/herself and the special purpose account holder. You can download the Power of Attorney template here.

After the funds have been paid in full, the special purpose account will be closed.
