Safety of your personal and financial data is still number one priority of Mobi Banka


Information such as username and password for access to the Bank’s application, PIN, one-time password or all payment card numbers shall be deemed bank secrecy and the employees of Mobi Banka will never request you to disclose any such information. The most important pre-emptive measure against misuse is to use this information safely and keep them confidential on your end; should you receive a phone call, e-mail or text with any such request do not disclose them and inform the Bank thereabout via the phone number of the Bank’s Contact Centre: 0639005.


Deposits and payments should be made by payment cards or online 


We kindly recommend washing or disinfecting your hands before or after using an ATM; you should also avoid touching your face after handling the banknotes. Use your payment cards for contactless payments and make all necessary bank transactions safely and easily via Mobi Banka’s mobile and web application.

Bank services rendered online without going to the Bank’s branch offices or points of sale    


We would hereby like to remind you that you can safely, quickly and easily deal with your finances on a daily basis via the Bank’s mobile (Google Play/Apple store: Mobi Banka) or web application. The basic options and functionalities include as follows:

Mobi Banka’s Progresiv package will allow you to withdraw funds from any bank’s ATM in the country five times a month without a fee charged, whereas Progresiv+ package will allow countless withdrawals.
