Belgrade, 8 April 2015 – In addition to standard services, all Telenor Banka customers have another unique service at their disposal – receiving money from abroad free of charge (Foreign Currency Inflows). This service is available to anyone receiving payments from any part of the world or Serbia in one of the following five currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and NOK.
The process of receiving money free of charge is quite simple and the only requirement is that the recipient has a current account with Telenor Banka. The time that the process takes depends on the foreign bank sending the money.
“We enable customers to receive payments from abroad without any fees either in euros or in another of the five currencies, as well as to exchange euros at competitive rates. This feature is another example of our striving to make financial services easy and simple, without paying double fees,” says Marko Carević, Marketing Director of Telenor Banka.
Customers can exchange the incoming funds at the Telenor Banka exchange office online or using the mobile app, at very favourable exchange rates in the banking market. Telenor Banka allows free cash withdrawals in euros and dinars from all its ATMs.
Improvements to the Mobile App
Guided by the needs of its customers, the bank continues to improve its existing services, and customers can now download advanced versions of the mobile app for iOS and Android. Some of the new features include managing a vista deposits savings account, setting up standing orders, reviewing details of the interest-free loan for purchasing a smartphone from Telenor’s offer, etc.
